- Topsham Fair August 2 - 8th - approx. 1.5 hours away
- United Maine Craftsmen's 37th annual fair - 2nd weekend in August - over 375 crafters, 45 minutes away
- Skowhegan State Fair, Skowhegan - Aug 6-15 - (the nation's oldest continuously run agricultural fair-approx 2.5 hrs

- Oxford Country Fair -September 9th - 12th -approx. 1 hr

- Common Ground Fair- Unity September 25th - 27th - approx. 3 hrs
A celebration of rural like, demonstrations, Maine-organic produced foods and crafts as well as livestock exhibits.
- Cumberland Fair- Cumberland Center September 27th- October 3rd- approx. 45 min.
Large exhibit halls, midway and livestock exhibits. Animal pull events and harness racing.
- Fryeburg Fair - October 4th - 11th (the biggest in the State) approx. 45 min
