Very nice and well appointed cottage with open view of Sebago Lake. Cottage sits across the road and the shared right of way/assocation beach with picnic area and dock. This is one of two cottages that share the same driveway. This cottage sits closest to the lake. Open layout with 3 bedrooms. The wonderful enclosed sun porch and a large deck overlook the lake. Nicely furnished. Convenient location within walking distance of store.

Plenty of parking, but please no parking behind the camp as septic is located there.
