Steps lead down to the shore where you'll find a classic Maine cottage style guest house with two bedrooms, fireplace, bath with shower and a full kitchen. There is a substantial dock, mooring, jet ski lift, boat launch and sandy beach area at the shore.

Waterfront Description: Multiple stairs (see photo) lead down to guest cottage. There is also a driveway that will bring you part way down. Once down, the lot is gently sloping to the lake. Sandy frontage (beach size depends on lake level). Gorgeous westerly exposure.
Dock/Suitable for tie-up:yes, 40 x 32 L shaped dock. Suitable for calm weather day time tie up. Boats must be put on provided mooring when the lake is rough and overnight.

Use discretion when tying up your boat to docks. Lakes can become rough causing damage to your boat and the dock.
