A great cottage for families with children - the town beach is just a minute walk where you'll find a safe buoyed swimming area (the town beach is only open to residents or their guests/tenants and very seldom over-crowded).

This nicely renovated & private waterfront cottage is the perfect place to relax with a nice view of the lake from the enclosed porch and large dock. Spacious interior includes a living/dining area with fireplace, nice sitting room and good size family room/den with addtional sleeping. One bedroom and full bath on first floor, second bedroom and 1/2 bath on second floor. Great "Maine Cottage" feel.
Dock at river's edge. Marina facilities close by.
Nice, level lot around cottage with high bush blueberries available in August - yum!
